1、合理的工艺设计

    为避免残留液和沉积物的滞留,焊接时尽量采用双面对接焊和连续焊,避免搭接焊和点焊。由于板片很薄,焊接熔化后添补焊丝少,易造成焊缝成型差,因而在焊接工艺中要填补焊丝,以保证焊缝成型良好。

2、降低介质的侵蚀性

    介质对不同的腐蚀体系有不同的影响,如奥氏体不锈钢在中性氯化物溶液中容易发生应力腐蚀,但是只要介质中氧的质量浓度低于1.3mg/m3就不会发生应力腐蚀。因此,可以通过除去介质中的溶解氧和氧化剂以控制应力腐蚀。降低介质中Cl-的质量浓度、严格控制介质中硫的质量浓度也是控制应力腐蚀的有效措施。

3、电化学保护法

    应力腐蚀断裂是应力作用下的阳极溶解过程。因此,可以采用电化学保护的方法控制。金属或合金发生应力腐蚀断裂与电位有关,有些体系存在一个临界破裂电位,高于此值会产生腐蚀断裂。更多的体系有一定的敏感电位范围,这个电位范围通常处于钝化活化区,通过电化学极化的方法可以使金属的电位离开这个敏感的电位范围。电化学保护方法不但可以防止应力腐蚀断裂,而且在保护参数选用得当的条件下即使产生了裂纹仍可使其停止扩展。采用牺牲阳极保护或表面喷涂耐蚀金属的方法,有时也能收到良好的效果。

4、减小残余应力

    根据实际经验,引起应力腐蚀破裂的应力主要是残余应力,而残余应力主要是由冷加工以及焊接引起的内应力所构成。对冷加工件和焊接件进行热处理,有助于消除残余应力,从而也有助于防止应力腐蚀的产生。

Good results can sometimes be obtained by means of sacrificial anode protection or surface spraying of corrosion-resistant metals. 4. Reduce the residual stress. According to the actual experience, the main stress causing stress corrosion cracking is the residual stress, and the residual stress is mainly composed of the internal stress caused by cold working and welding.
